Employee Falls Into Trench, Sustains Unspecified Fractures

Employee #1 was walking to the other side of the excavation to retrieve a section of PVC pipe. Employee #1 was walking across a wooden plank measuring 3-in. by 6-in. and fell into the excavation when the wooden plank snapped. Employee #1 sustained unspecified fractures and was hospitalized.
