Employee Injured Falling Off Golf Cart

Employee #1 and two coworkers had finished work early and were riding on a golf cart. The golf cart was a two passenger vehicle, and Employee #1 was perched on the rear, area as the cart, and was being driven up to the top level of a five story parking garage. Employee #1 apparantly lost his hand hold and fell from the moving cart, striking his head on the ground. He suffered a major skull fracture requiring over two weeks hospitalization.
