Employee Is Killed in Fall from Paver

At approximately 4:30 p.m. on April 23, 2009, Employee #1 was sitting on the edge of a Cat 100 B paver which was located on level ground. He was handing tools to a mechanic working on the paver. Employee #1 fell between the paver and a pickup truck located 3 ft away. Employee #1 fractured his neck and died.
