Employee Suffers Serious Crushing Injuries from Trailer

Employee #1 and a coworker, each hooked up their semi tractor rigs to chassis. Employee #1 was standing behind his semi tractor rig and attached chassis. His coworker began to move his rig and chassis forward. The chassis attached to the coworker's rig caught, and pulled a third chassis, as he moved the truck forward. The third chassis pinned Employee #1 against the chassis attached to his truck.
