Employee Is Found Unconcscious, Suffers Unspecified Injuries

On July 29, 2010, Employee #1 was working at a raisin packing facility. He was found unconscious on the concrete floor. He was taken to a hospital and was hospitalized for twenty-two days for unspecified injuries. It appeared that he slipped and feel but there were no witnesses and the employee had no memory of the incident.
