Employee Amputates Finger When Struck by Falling Object

At approximately 8:30 a.m. on December 5, 2009, Employee #1 was moving a metal pipe, when the piping slipped. His hand was caught between the falling pipe and a metal disc of a tractor, partially amputating one of his fingers. He was transported to a medical center, where he received treatment and was hospitalized.
