Employee's Finger Is Amputated in Conveyor

At approximately 8:30 p.m. on July 24, 2009, Employee #1, a warehouse lineman, was taking cases of finished product off a conveyor line. He noticed that the belting on the diverter came off the pulley and he was trying to reinstall the belt on the running equipment. His finger was caught in the belt and pulley and was amputated.
