Investigation Summary
On December 16, 2008, Employee #1 was discovered by a coworker slumped over in his vehicle at a construction site. He was pulled from the vehicle and coworkers initiated CPR. He was then transported to Brunswick Community Hospital, where it was determined that he died from a heart attack.
