Employee Is Killed When Crushed Between Trailers

On May 3, 2010, Employee #1 was standing between a loaded trailer chassis and an empty trailer chassis. Another employee was driving a hostler truck that collided with the unloaded chassis. The collision caused the unloaded chassis to slide forward, approximately 7 feet, and crush Employee #1 between it and the loaded chassis. Employee #1 was killed.
