Employee Fractures Hand in Slip and Fall Incident

On August 28, 2008, an employee was walking into the facility. He slipped and fell from rainwater accumulation on the floor of the facility. The employee went to the hospital the next day due to management not allowing the employee to seek medical attention. The employee was diagnosed with having a broken left hand; however, he was not hospitalized.
