Employee Experiences Eye Irritation

On May 10, 2009, something irritated Employee #1's eye, as he was putting price labels on car fan belts at an auto parts store. Employee #1's eye was washed out with eye wash solution from a squirt bottle. He went to a doctor, but the doctor could not find anything in the eye. Employee #1 returned to work the next day.
