Employee Injured in Fall from Scaffold

At approximately 8:00 a.m. on February 18, 2009, Employee #1, a 38-year-old male, with Insulation Contractors Inc, was installing insulation from a baker scaffold. Employee #1 stepped off of the baker scaffold platform, falling approximately 6 feet, 2 inches to the concrete floor. Employee #1 was hospitalized and suffered unspecified fractures as a result of the fall.
