Employee Trips on Curb, Suffers Contusions

On January 6, 2011, Employee #1, of Nami Sd, was about to teach a class. He walked from the top parking lot toward the building entrance. Employee #1 tripped over a 3 in. curb, stumbled, and fell into a cement bench of a picnic table. Employee #1 was transported to the hospital and treated for contusions he suffered as a result of the fall.
