Investigation Summary
At approximately 8:30 am, on November 16, 2010 Employee #1 fell off a hay truck while he was standing on top of hay bales and he stepped on soft hay and fell about 13 to 14 feet to the ground. This happened at the intersection of Rutherford and Houliy in Brawley, CA. Employee #1 was taken to Pioneers Memorial Hospital then transferred to UCSD Medical Center for treatment greater than 24 hours for other than observation. He was hospitalized due to his fractures.
