Employee Receives Multiple Fractures in Fall from Height
On December 10, 2009, Employee #1, working for a company which seeds and harvest hay, was stamping/lining, and he lost his balance and fell 20 to 30 ft. He fractured his jaw in multiple places, snapped his femur and had a compound fracture to his wrist. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
