One Employee Is Killed, Three Are Injured in Car Accident

On March 11, 2009, Employees #1, #2, #3, and #4 Work crew of four employees were returning to a crew meeting location from a work location in the employer's vehicle on a public highway. Employee #1 was driving the vehicle, when he fell asleep, causing vehicle to travel left of the center line, striking an oncoming vehicle head-on. Employee #1 was pronounced dead at the accident scene. Employees #2 and #3 were hospitalized for unknown injuries. Employee #4 was taken to the hospital, where he was treated and released for unknown injuries.
