At approximately 11:30 pm on June 5, 2010, Employee #1, a security guard of Securitas Security USA, Inc., was standing in front of a truck waiting for another truck to move forward. Employee #1 was standing in front of the truck. The truck suddenly moved forward, striking Employee #1, resulting in lacerating injuries.
