Employee Is Injured When Tripped over Floor Mat

On September 4, 2003, a protective service employee was at Edison High School checking on the status of a student. The employee tripped over a floor mat and fell landing on their knee. On January 1, 2010, the employee underwent surgery for the knee injury as it never healed from the 2003 fall. The employee was hospitalized in 2010.
