Employee Fractures Hand When Pulled Into Conveyor Belt

At approximately 11:00 a.m. on October 1, 2009, Employee #1 reached his left hand into the wet sort line number 2 conveyor belt. His hand was pulled into the tail pulley, resulting in fracture injuries that required surgery. He was hospitalized for treatment.
