Employee Is Injured When Struck by Gate

On March 5, 2009, Employee #1 was closing the main gate, which consisted of a rolling chain link gate, when the top roller broke, causing the gate to fall over. Employee #1 was hit on the back by the poll frame of the gate and sustained fractures, which required hospitalization.
