Employee Crushes Fingers When Caught Between Hub and Jack
Employee #1 was dismounting dual rear tires from a diesel truck. The truck fell off the jack used to support the vehicle. Employee #1's hand became caught between the rear hub and another jack. Employee #1 fractured his fingers and was hospitalized.
