Employee's Wrist Is Fractured in Fall from Platform

On August 1, 2008, Employee #1 was working from an elevated position on a platform and his harness was not attached to the retractable lifeline. He fell approximately 11 ft, landing on the concrete floor. Employee #1 was hospitalized with a fractured wrist.
