Employee Loses Consciousness, Later Dies

On November 26, 2008, Employee #1 was standing in the break room, speaking with other employees, when he passed out and fell to the floor. Once he regained consciousness, he stated he was all right but then began to experience seizures. Paramedics were called, and they transported Employee #1 to a hospital. Employee #1 died.
