Employee Amputates Finger in Shaft Housing

At approximately 9:30 a.m. on April 5, 2010, Employee #1, a machine operator, was trying to loosen seized shaft housing assembly of the liquid pump. At the time of the accident, Employee #1 decided to lift the shaft housing by himself and hit it on the floor, in order to accelerate the loosening process of the shaft.
