Employee Is Killed in Fall from Building

At approximately 7:45 a.m. on July 29, 2008, Employee #1 was working at a building being constructed. He was installing concrete hollow core panels while standing on the fourth step of an 8-ft. step ladder. The ladder was approximately 2 ft from the cable guard rail system. Employee #1 was killed when he fell approximately 54 ft onto a concrete floor.
