Investigation Summary
Employee #1 had been removing dirt from dozer tracks with a shovel to drain the rain water out of the tracks. He did this for approximately 30 minutes and then he drove to another site with his supervisor. He stayed in his truck with the air conditioner on because he was not feeling well. His supervisor checked on him an hour or so later, and he still wanted to stay in the truck. The next time the supervisor checked on him he had died.
