Worker Fractures Leg in Fall from Stairs

On November 25, 2009, Employee #1, of Alward Construction Company, was working on a construction site. She was walking down a set of stairs and caught her heel and lost her balance and fell 14 to 16 inches. Employee #1 was hospitalized for a fractured right leg.
