Employee Is Struck by Steel Girder and Suffers Concussion

On July 21, 2008, Employee #1 was working to demolish a greenhouse when a steel girder fell and struck him on the head. Employee #1 was unconscious for a short period of time. Employee #1 was transported to the hospital where he was treated for a concussion and was hospitalized overnight.
