Investigation Summary
At approximately 5:30 p.m. on October 3, 2008, an employee was removing onions from the tail roll area of the Line 2 incline conveyor. The conveyor was moving at the time, and the employee's arm was caught in, and partially pulled around the conveyor. The employee was hospitalized and treated for a fractured lower arm.
