Employee Is Killed in Fall from Ladder

On January 13, 2009, Employee #1, an electronic technician, was installing a projection screen to a wall in the cafeteria of an educational institution. He apparently lost his balance and fell approximately 15 ft from an aluminum ladder to the concrete floor. Employee #1 sustained a concussion and was killed.
