Employee Falls from Roof and Is Killed

Employee #1 was accompanying a third party auditor on a final roof inspection of a three-story apartment complex. Employee #1 proceeded to the center of the building where the roof extended out to cover the stairs leading to the second level and third level breezeways to caulk along the eave of the roof. Employee #1 fell approximately 28 ft to the cement floor and was killed.
