Employee Suffers Head Trauma in Fall from Ladder

On March 31, 2008, Employee #1, a roofer, was descending from the roof on a slip resistant ladder. The employer did present fall protection and ladder training. Employee #1 fell 16 ft to the concrete below and suffered a head trauma and was hospitalized.
