Investigation Summary
At approximately 1:45 a.m. on May 25, 2011, an employee and a coworker were engaged in normal work activities that includes work on top of rail cars. The employee was found on the ground next to a rail car by the coworker. The employee most likely fell from the top of the rail car to the ground. The employee was pronounced dead at the scene by local emergency response personnel.
