Employee's Arm Is Lacerated in Conveyor System

On February 11, 2011, an employee was cleaning the conveyor belt in the coal handling area with a trowel. The employee did not lockout the conveyor before performing this operation and the conveyor was running on. Employee's arm was caught in the conveyor. The employee was hospitalized and treated for laceration of his arm.
