Employee's Hand Is Crushed in Downspout Forming Line

At approximately 2:45 p.m. on November 13, 2008, Employee #1's hand became entangled in a downspout forming line. His hand was crushed, and he was transported by emergency services to UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, CA. He did not require hospitalization for his injury.
