Employee Fractures Wrist in Fall from Ladder

A farm worker was working in a grove, pruning olive trees. He was working 2.1 meters above the ground on a 3-meter orchard ladder. He fell from the ladder and suffered a fractured wrist. He was hospitalized for his injury. According to the employee and the employer, the ladder was in good condition and was set up correctly. The injured employee had received training on ladder safety.
