Employee Slips and Falls on Wet Surface, Sustains Fractures

On May 30, 2008, Employee #1 was stepping down off the end of the trailing gear catwalk on the tunnel invert. Employee #1 slipped and fell on the wet gantry. Employee #1 fractured his right knee and left shoulder on the rail. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
