Employee Amputates Finger in Press Brake

On November 6, 2007, an employee was positioning metal in press brake. A coworker did not think that the press was all the way down and pushed pedal. Press brake came down and the tip of the employee's left hand middle finger was pinched off. The employee was not hospitalized.
