Employee fractures foot in fall from mobile scaffold

On May 13, 2008, Employee #1 was working off a mobile scaffold with the platform 13.5 feet above the floor. As he was nailing molding around a window, the scaffold rolled away from the wall. Employee #1 fell to the floor and sustained multiple fractures to his foot.
