Employee Falls with Ladder and Is Injured

On March 21, 2008, Employee #1 was servicing an above ground diesel tank. The tank had an approximate height of 8 ft. While working on the tank, the ladder slipped, causing both the worker and the ladder to fall. He struck the ground sustaining unspecified injuries. Employee #1 was transported to a medical center where he underwent treatment and was hospitalized.
