Investigation Summary
On July 23, 2007, Employee #1 was attempting to steady an aluminum I-Beam being placed perpendicular across a set of steel I-Beams lying on a scaffold. The aluminum I-Beam struck one of the steel I-Beams, and fell on Employee #1's head. Employee #1 received lacerations to his head.
