Employee Is Injured When Struck by Falling Steel Joist

On April 25, 2008, an employee was walking underneath where the crew was trying to move the steel column outward for one inch. The steel joist slipped off and fell down, hitting the employee on the head. The employee was hospitalized and treated for multiple fractures.
