Employee Fractures Arm in Fall from Truck

On March 13, 2008, Employee #1 and a coworker were inside a trailer, attempting to unload a pallet with material. Employee #1 stepped backwards and fell off the open end of the trailer to the asphalt ground, approximately 4 feet below. Employee #1's left upper arm was fractured, possibly when it contacted the bed of the trailer. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
