Employee Is Struck by Weed Eater Blade, Later Dies
On June 16, 2008, Employee #1 was using an Echo weed eater with a 10-in. circular saw blade attached. Employee #1 was trimming in the wet storage yard when the blade came off the weed eater and struck him in the leg. Employee #1 was transported to the hospital and pronounced dead at approximately 12:00 p.m. the same day.
