Investigation Summary
At approximately 7:50 a.m. on November 17, 2007, Employee #1 was applying a chemical coating to a piece of offshore equipment. Employee #1 complained of chest pains to his coworkers. Employee #1 was found 10 minutes later face down in the break room. Employee #1 was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. The Coroner's report later indicated Employee #1 had died as a result of natural causes.
