One Employee Is Killed, One Is Injured in Fall from Height

On April 21, 2009, Employee #1 and Employee #2, construction laborers, were in the process of constructing a pole shed that was 55 ft in width and 100 ft in length. They were working high in the trusses, approximately 16 to 26 ft, while installing and securing the roof trusses. The wind picked up and caused the trusses that had been set to collapse and fall.
