Two Employees Are Injured in Small Explosion

On March 5, 2009, Employee #1 and Employee #2 were working on a grain grinder. They locked out the grain grinder to perform maintenance. Employee #1 opened the panel, and a small explosion occurred, injuring Employee #1 and Employee #2 with serious burns. Both employees were taken to the hospital for treatment.
