Emplyee Collapses and Dies at Work

At 6:00 a.m. on August 31, 2007, Employee #1 was found lying between two multiple spindle bar machines. First aid and CPR were performed by emergency medical services first responders at the worksite before they took Employee #1 to the hospital. According to the coroner's office, Employee #1 died from a preexisting condition that was not work related.
