Employee Is Struck and Killed by Falling Material

At approximately 8:15 a.m. on June 11, 2008, Employee #1 was moving a cart with boards stacked on it from the planning machine over to the chop-saw. The stack of boards fell off of the cart onto Employee #1 crushing the top part of his body. Employee #1 was killed.
