Investigation Summary
On August 27, 2007, Employee #1 was trimming a tree in close proximity to a 7.3 KV energized power line. A tree branch contacted the power line. Employee #1 grabbed the branch and suffered an electrical shock. He was hospitalized for treatment of burns to his left hand and right foot.
